i)  Fabric of each sock is checked thoroughly for knitting defects once by a knitting operator, immediately after knitting by mounting the sock by hand and  a  second time by a finishing operator, after boarding.

ii)  Fabric of socks is checked for flat and stretch measurements of welt, leg and foot regularly by knitting technician and Quality Control personnel.

iii)  Socks are also inspected by QC personnel on ‘stretch boards’ supplied by customer.
